Estate Planning for Busy Parents & Professionals
We make Estate Planning
SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT
Your Peace of Mind is our Priority
Do you want to create a will or trust,
but haven’t gotten around to it?
- Our simple and convenient process will give you peace of mind you need and have signed estate documents in your hand quicker than you think!
- The entire process from beginning to end can be completely remotely, although most clients prefer to complete the final signing of documents in our office in Midlothian, Virginia.
Refreshingly Simple,
Personalized Process
I have three young boys and I know how hectic life can be. As a whole, working parents have never been more overscheduled and overextended.
My approach is to create the system that I would want as a parent.
Streamlined Process
All our forms are available online to fill out on your phone, tablet or computer at your convenience. You can schedule, reschedule or cancel your appointments directly from our site, without having to reach us during business hours.
Remote/Virtual Options
We can complete all of the meetings on zoom and then complete the final signing in our office, or we can even use remote online notarization if you prefer to complete the entire process remotely. The choice is yours!
Education
Too often I find that people hire an attorney to prepare their estate planning documents, but the attorney never explains the process, choices that need to be made and how their estate plan even works. This is one of my biggest pet peeves! You cannot make informed decisions about estate planning if you don’t understand how it works. When I meet with you my goal is to educate you about the different options available, and what the outcome looks like under each option.
How to get started?
Choose one of the following:
From there it is as easy as 1-2-3
Attend a Peace of Mind Planning Session.
I will answer all of your questions and listen as you share your goals, concerns and objectives. I’ll map out all the different options, so you can make educated, informed decisions about what is best for your family.
The Design Meeting.
We’ll roll up our sleeves, discuss options, and design and tailor your estate plan to your unique family, wishes and goals. Nothing you decide in this meeting is set in stone. You’ll have plenty of time to make changes. This meeting will be via Zoom.
The Signing Ceremony.
When you come in to sign your estate planning documents, we call it a Signing Ceremony because it’s a big deal! We’ll present you with your estate planning binder. Your family and assets are now protected!
Peace of Mind for you and protection for them!
